Accounting Assistant - Fremont, NE - The Accounting Assistant is responsible for assisting the Controller with daily, monthly and quarterly procedures. The Accounting Assistant will be required to maintain the Route Accounting System (RAS) and perform all other accounting functions in A/P and A/R.

-Perform daily route reconciliation and end of the day procedures, including bank deposits

-Process A/R payments

-Perform month end procedures (bank rec, A/P and A/R statements)

-Maintain Electronic Funds Transfers

-Process non-sufficient funds and ensure collection

-Tax reporting - submit all state reporting for wine and beer taxes, file sales and use taxes

-Confirm inventory transactions

-Front desk responsibilities including answering phones

2 year accounting degree and A/P experience preferred

Knowledge of GAAP

Merchandiser -

·Restock shelves, coolers, displays, end caps and other areas of the store

·Maintain product freshness guidelines with proper rotation

·Merchandise shelves and displays with signage and pricing

·Maintain positive relationships with store personnel

·Drive a company vehicle

Warehouse Technician -

Responsible for receiving freight, assembling orders, staging and loading them into trailers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Beer Delivery Driver

·Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers and sales personnel.

·Unload product (weighing as much as 160 lbs) from the truck and properly store in the


·Completely replenish inventory levels located in the cooler, end caps, displays, and other areas

 where our products may be located.

·Maintain product in an orderly fashion in the back rooms and storage areas of our accounts.

·Maintain product freshness guidelines with proper rotation and close attention to product dates.

·Build displays in accounts when needed and maintain POS material.

·Conduct safety inspections on truck and operate in a safe manner.

The ideal candidate for this position will be self-confident and work well with people. The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detailed, specialized work is the major focus.
